Best Wines Under $20

When you're going to your next holiday party, or you just need a gift for someone, you can never go wrong with wine. At least not in my books!

But a good bottle of wine doesn't have to set you back a lot of dollars! You can find some GREAT wine for under $20!

So whether you are looking for a hostess gift, a gift for your boss or friend - or even just a gift for yourself, here is a list of 5 great wines, all under $20.

1. Mission Hill Five Vineyards Pinot Noir 2009
Okanagan Valley, B.C., $19
This is a lovely, rich, velvety Pinot Noir.

2. D'Arenberg The Stump Jump 2009
McLaren Vale, Australia, $18
This is a hefty red blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre grapes.

3. Clous Du Soleil Fume Blanc 2012
BC VQA, $20
This is a mix of the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon varietals. 

4. Yellowglen Pink Sparkling 
Australia, $12
Pink is the name and colour of this fun sparking wine! It has aromas and flavours of strawberries and citrus fruit.

5. Wakefield Shiraz 2010
South Australia, $17
A lithe, focused and distinctive red, with cedary overtones surrounding a core of red berry and cherry flavors.
